Educational Wound and Skin Care Brochures

The “ABC’s of Skin and Wound Care for Patients and their Caregivers” is an educational brochure on the treatment of minor wounds. “The Skin You’re In” is an educational guide to protecting skin from climate and the environment. "Dress and Compress for Success" is a guide for healing venous ulcers. Each brochure can be downloaded free of charge from the Patient Resource Center of this website and may be reprinted without permission. Educational Image Series (wounds and other photos)

The AAWC Educational Image Series is designed and has been successfully used to assist healthcare providers and educators in teaching, learning and lecturing about wound and skin care. These images are jpeg files, which can be easily used for PowerPoint presentation, and they contain no logos, words or identification markers. To learn more about what is available, click here. Membership Mailing List (name and address)

The AAWC Membership Mailing List is available for purchase on peel and stick labels for one time use. If you are interested in the mailing list, you must complete an application, and submit it via mail or fax with a sample of the materials you will be sending to our members. Your application and materials are subject to approval. The AAWC Membership Mailing list is rented to organizations that wish to provide our members with information of educational benefit. Rental permission is not granted for company and/or product promotion. Members receive a 50% discount on the modest list rental fee. For an application and information, click here.

Wound Care Clinic Directory as PDF or in Excel (various contact information)

The AAWC’s Wound Care Clinic Directory is available as a PDF or Excel file. The AAWC Wound Care Clinic Directory is published to help those in need of wound care and management locate sites across the country where healthcare professionals are specifically involved in wound care. It also provides a networking guide for professionals to share wound care clinical expertise. At this time, over 900 clinics/centers are included from across the US as well as other countries. Information available on clinics/centers includes: Facility Name, Director/Contact, Address, Phone, Fax, Email, Type of Clinic/Center (whether Hospital-based, Stand-alone/private, Corporate-affiliated).
