As you will read about below, the AAWC has many active committees
that accomplish much of the work of the organization. If there is
a committee of interest to you, please be sure to fill out our volunteer
form. If you have an idea for a new service or project
and would like to propose a new committee or task force to accomplish
it, you may do so using the form mentioned above.
Awards: The Awards Committee assists the Board
of Directors in soliciting nominations for AAWC Awards, such as the
Distinguished Member Award.
Bylaws Committee: The Bylaws Committee edits and/or
drafts bylaw revisions as directed by the AAWC Board of Directors.
The Bylaws can only be amended with a majority vote of approval from
the Membership.
