Three AAWC Task Forces are currently represented within our organization. Each task force has a membership of approximately 15-20 rotating members. If there is a task force of interest to you, please be sure to fill out our volunteer form. If you have an idea for a new service or project and would like to propose a new committee or task force to accomplish it, you may do so using the form mentioned above.

Government and Regulatory Affairs Task Force
A task force formed to help optimize government and regulatory policies and to develop evidence-based educational materials for healthcare professionals.

Public Awareness Task Force
A task force dedicated to increasing public awareness of wound care and wound care professionals.

Quality of Care Task Force
A task force dedicated to developing products and educational materials that will help advance the quality of care given to wound patients.
