The AAWC prides itself on being a wound care association with a membership comprised of ALL disciplines of wound care. Our multidisciplinary approach is evident in the range and scope of our educational programming, public policy initiatives, and our research priorities. Membership Options
Clinician or Individual
$140 Annually
Clinician & Individual Open to anyone working in healthcare or a healthcare-related environment, including those specializing in wound care, education, or research. This includes physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, therapists, podiatrists, nutritionists, pharmacists, researchers, educators, and all other wound care professionals. The AAWC welcomes every discipline — because advancing wound care takes every voice at the table.
VA and Active Duty Military / Student / Retired Clinician
$60 Annually
VA & Active Duty Military Open to healthcare employees of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, active duty military personnel, National Guard members, U.S. Public Health Service employees, and U.S. military civilian healthcare workers. We are proud to honor those who serve.
Students Open to individuals currently enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning pursuing a degree in a healthcare profession. To verify eligibility, applicants must provide proof of enrollment in the form of a current student ID or official transcript.
Retired Clinician Open to clinicians who have retired from wound care or a related healthcare field. This category recognizes the lifetime of dedication these professionals have contributed to the advancement of patient care.
Group Membership: Healthcare Facility or Clinic
- $100 for 4 or more
This category is for wound care clinics and other healthcare facilities, including, but not limited to, hospitals, home health agencies, independent practices, long-term care centers, management/counseling centers, other nonprofit healthcare organizations and outpatient programs.
Corporate
$400 Annually
This is a unique category of membership for corporations of wound care and related products, devices, and services, including consulting firms. This category receives all the benefits of an individual member and receives a free listing on the AAWC website.
