This interactive roundtable webinar will highlight multidisciplinary collaboration in the recognition, diagnosis, and management of peripheral artery disease (PAD). It will focus on the need for wound specialist involvement in critical limb ischemia (CLI) and the crucial need for wound specialists to assess for PAD. The American Heart Association’s (AHA) PAD National Action Plan and the collaboration among the AAWC, the AHA, and other organizations will be featured. Topics will include PAD epidemiology, risk factors, diagnosis, research to practice gaps, and management. Case studies will be utilized to encourage audience participation and networking.
